Mangrove charcoal is produced from carefully selected mangrove wood (Rhizophora species), naturally grown in coastal regions of Vietnam. This hardwood is known for its dense structure, making it an ideal raw material for high-quality charcoal production.
The raw mangrove wood is naturally air-dried to reduce moisture before carbonization. It is then processed in controlled kilns under high temperature and limited oxygen conditions. This process increases fixed carbon content while reducing ash and impurities, resulting in strong heat output and long burning time.
Thanks to its compact structure, mangrove charcoal burns steadily, produces minimal smoke, and maintains consistent performance, making it ideal for BBQ, restaurants, and industrial use.
